A Note From Our Family to Yours

Hi, we're Andrew and Brittany.

For the past decade, we've been helping families in Round Rock and Austin finally enjoy life with their dogs—not just survive it.

We know what it's like to love your dog but feel frustrated when they won't calm down, when walks feel like a workout, or when you can't have people over without constant apologies.

That's how we got started. We kept meeting smart, dedicated dog parents doing all the "right" things but still feeling stuck.

Most training programs are designed for perfect scenarios that don't exist in real life—unlimited time, zero distractions, dogs always ready to learn.

Reality is busy schedules, kids running around, work calls, and dogs with their own opinions about everything.

So we built our methods around real families living real lives. Quick wins that stick. Simple techniques that work when you need them.

Results you'll notice within days, not months.

Brittany recently left her job to focus on this full-time because we genuinely love seeing the moment when everything clicks—when your dog settles during dinner, walks become peaceful, and you stop dreading the doorbell.

We're not here to judge. We're here to help you live with a dog who fits naturally into your life.

No perfection required. Just a willingness to try something that actually works.

Why does any of this matter?...

Because we get it. We've worked with hundreds of families whose dogs are sweet, smart, loved—and tiring.

The jumping, pulling, and selective hearing that kicks in right when you need them to listen most.

You're not asking for perfection. You just want to enjoy the simple things—a peaceful walk, friends over without chaos, maybe even Saturday errands together.

Here's what we know after 2+ decades: every dog can settle down, 'grow up', and make good choices on their own. They're just missing key emotional and mental problem-solving skills no one ever taught them.

Not commands—actual life skills. How to stay calm when exciting things happen. How to think before reacting. How to just... settle.

Families are always blown away by how quickly things shift. Not because we're magicians, but because we address what actually matters in your day-to-day life with them.

Within days, you'll notice the difference. Within weeks, you'll have a completely different dog—not a robot, just a calmer, more thoughtful version of the dog you already love.

You shouldn't have to choose between loving your dog and enjoying your life. With the Dog Savvy approach, you get both.

Hi, we're Andrew and Brittany.

For the past decade, we've been helping families in Round Rock and Austin finally enjoy life with their dogs. Not just survive it—actually enjoy it.

We know what it's like to love your dog but feel frustrated when they won't calm down, when walks feel like a workout, or when you can't have people over without apologizing while saying "were working on it".

That's actually how we got started. We kept meeting families who were doing all the "right" things—walks, socialization, the training tips on social media, working on commands—but still felt stuck.

Smart, dedicated dog moms who just wanted their dogs to be... easier.

We realized pretty quickly that most training programs are designed for perfect scenarios that don't exist in real life. You know—where you have unlimited time, zero distractions, and a dog who's always in the mood to learn.

That's not reality. Reality is busy schedules, kids running around, work calls during training time, and dogs who have their own opinions about everything.

So we built our methods and approach around real families living real lives. Quick wins that stick. Simple techniques that actually work when you need them. And results you'll notice within days, not months.

Results like them making good behaviors choices all on their own without having to command them - imagine that maturity!

Brittany recently left a job she loved to focus on this full-time. Not because we're trying to build some big company, but because we genuinely love seeing the moment when everything clicks—when your dog finally settles during dinner, when walks become peaceful, when you stop dreading the doorbell.

After 25 years of training dogs, those moments never get old.

We're not here to judge where you're at or what you've tried. We're here to help you get where you want to be—living with a dog who fits naturally into your life.

No perfection required. Just a willingness to try something that actually works.
